Swedish massage
* 30 minute Swedish massage $40.
* 45 minute Swedish massage $55.
* 60 minute Swedish massage $75.
* 90 minute Swedish massage $110.
* 2 hour Swedish massage $150.
Deep tissue massage
This involves trigger point therapy, cross fiber friction, deep direct pressure and stretching. One person's deep tissue is another person's light pressure, so please talk with your therapist beforehand. Communication in regards to pressure is essential.

Pregnancy massage
In case the pregnancy is considered low risk with no complications, pregnancy massage is safe once past the first trimester. Otherwise, a doctor’s note is required. We provide pregnancy pillows and will do our best to make sure you are comfortable. We recommend pregnancy massage for at least 60 minutes and no more than 90 minutes.

Myofascial release
Fascia is a thin, tough, elastic type of connective tissue that wraps most structures within the human body, including muscles. So, this massage is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. It aims to relax contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulate the stretch reflexes in muscles.

Raindrop therapy
This is often called a spinal unwind. We use high-grade Young living essential oils. We recommend that you do not shower 24 hours after the treatment. Prior your session, it would be ideal if you participate in a high carb, low-fat diet with lots of water at least 36 hours prior to your session. This helps in reducing nausea that can sometimes be experienced from this therapy. A series of essential oils are applied to the spine along with warm hot towels.

Hot stone massage
We recommend a 90 minute hot stone massage. This is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other body parts. The heat can be deeply relaxing and can warm up tight muscles.

Reflexology
It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet, hands and ears, with the premise that such work affects a physical change to the body. This involves application of pressure to feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion.

Sports massage
This is mainly to assist athletes of all sizes and abilities to achieve their physical goals. It combines a variety of massage modalities and stretching. There are pre and post event sessions available.

Couples massage
Our couples massage room allows you and your partner to be side by side. You each have your own licensed massage therapist. We can also add hot stones essential oils or hot towels for an additional cost. This service cannot be booked online, because we only have one couples massage room. Please call to book your massage.
* $80 per person per hour for a one hour couples massage, $115 per person per 90 min couples massage
Signature massage
This is a 75 minute session where we allow for a full body massage +15 minutes of focus work. This is the perfect session for those of you who feel like an hour just isn't quite enough to get your goals accomplished. This massage is also a good idea for a fancy gift.

Mu-xing Therapy (Bamboo Therapy)
$85
Also known as Hot Bamboo Therapy, Mu-xing Therapy is using heated bamboo and rosewood to heat the muscles for a different approach to deep tissue massage. By using this technique the therapist is able to work deeper into the muscle without causing the client discomfort, it is often called a "sneaky deep" approach to deep tissue massage. This Chinese based therapy is a combination of a therapeutic approach as well as being relaxing.
Epic Relaxation Massage
90 min to 2 hour relaxation massage starting with heat on your back, stomach, shoulders/neck, feet and hands. During that time you will receive a cranial massage. Finishing with a relaxation massage using essential oils of your choice that are offered seasonal.
