We use an online booking system that gives you the convenience of booking your appointment whenever it is convenient for you. Before clicking on the button for booking. If using a Gift Certificate to secure your appointment and that gift certificate was purchased in store vs online you will still have to use a credit card to secure your appointment as that gift card number is not recognized in the online booking system. That is manually entered by our staff at the time of your appointment. LASTLY… if you DO NOT receive an email confirmation your appointment is NOT booked! Please check this!

12 hour cancellation policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, however we do ask that you give us at least 12 hours for any cancellations AND rescheduling. In the event that we do not receive 12 hour notice there is a 58% fee charged to the credit card that is used to secure the session. If using a gift certificate to secure the appointment and a late cancellation or reschedule occurs it is the same as redeeming the gift certificate. Also if you need to cancel and find yourself within the 12 hour window, call us as soon as possible, if we can fill the appointment via our cancellation list or last minute call-in there will be no charge to you as long as we can find a replacement.
